Marie Bighem

Marie Bighem has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Neighborhood Health since February 2015. Previously, Marie worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Vanderbilt University & Medical Center, focusing on best practices in HR, and held the position of Affirmative Action Officer for the State of Tennessee, where diversity initiatives were a key responsibility. Additional experience includes directing HR functions at Nashville Hospital Authority and managing affirmative action compliance at First American Bank/AmSouth Bank. Marie began a career in HR as a Generalist at the Federal Reserve Bank. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
