Amelia Devereaux

Amelia Devereaux is an experienced professional in the fields of genetics, immunogenetics, and laboratory science, currently serving as Service Owner at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since September 2021. Amelia has a strong background in supporting IT initiatives and stakeholder collaboration, specializing in the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) system. Previously, Amelia held key roles at Be The Match, including Supervisor of Registry Data Quality, where management of a team and ownership of critical applications were prominent responsibilities. With prior experience as an Immunogenetic Specialist advising on HLA matching, and positions at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, LabCorp, ACR Homes, and 3M, Amelia has developed a diverse skill set encompassing laboratory analysis, quality control, and effective communication. Amelia holds a degree in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development from the University of Minnesota.
