Aparna Sadavarte

Aparna Sadavarte is an accomplished Data Analyst Manager at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since April 2017, where leadership of an 8-member analyst team involves ensuring high-quality data operations and compliance with regulatory standards through collaboration with various stakeholders. Previously, Aparna served as Lead Data Analyst at Capital One from June 2010 to April 2017, advancing from an individual contributor to leading a team of 6 offshore analysts while focusing on process improvement and mentoring. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Analyst with the Virginia State Police from April 2005 to April 2007.
