Gil Halasz

Gil Halasz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in security engineering, risk management, and technology consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since September 2016, Gil previously held roles at SyCom Technologies, Impact Makers, INR Energy LLC, and Signet Trust Company, where responsibilities included strategic advisory, governance, risk and compliance, and management of IT operations. With a robust background in network design and security practices, Gil has contributed to significant operational efficiencies and risk reduction for various organizations. An alumnus of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Business, Gil has furthered professional development through specialized training in cybersecurity and network management.
