Tamara Rowe

Tamara Rowe serves as the Senior Director of People Operations & Shared Services at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since February 2023, leading Human Resources and Shared Services teams to drive organizational success. In addition, Tamara provides Event Planning Business Support at Starry Night Events RVA, focusing on team leadership and operational efficiency. Previously, as Managing Director at Markel Corporation, Tamara led a team of 80 associates, enhancing operational excellence and employee engagement across various functions. At Capital One, Tamara held multiple roles, including Finance Shared Services Director, where management of a high-performing team prioritized operational success and transformational results. Tamara holds a BFA in Merchandising & Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
