Tommie Dawson

Tommie Dawson is an experienced Allocation Analyst at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since April 2011, specializing as an organ allocation and data submission educator for the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) transplant community, with responsibilities that include conducting internal audits and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Tommie served as an Organ Procurement Specialist at LifeNet from April 2007 to April 2012. Tommie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science/Mathematics from Virginia Union University, earned between 1997 and 2002, and has been certified by the IHI Institute for Healthcare Improvement since June 2016.
