Joe Guzynski is an accomplished labor leader currently serving as the Executive Director of UNAC/UHCP (United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals) since March 2019. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at AFSCME, including Western Region Director and Assistant Director of Organizing and Field Services, contributing to the organization for two decades. Joe's educational background includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cooley Law School, a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Detroit Mercy.
