Louis Cesare began their work experience in 1978 as a Senior at various CPA firms. In 1983, they transitioned to the role of Manager at PARENTE Randolph and worked there until 1990. In the same year, they became the Chairman and CEO of United One Resources, Inc, a position they still hold.
Louis Cesare attended Bloomsburg State College from 1974 to 1978, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.
