Dr. Ken Yeoh

Dr. Ken Yeoh currently serves as the Senior VP of Corporate Sustainability & Governance at UOB Malaysia, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Yeoh was instrumental in corporate governance and sustainability at Bursa Malaysia from November 2018 to August 2023, where the titles included Senior VP and Vice President. Academic experience includes serving as Assistant Professor at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus from December 2015 to November 2018 and as Associate Dean for Research & Innovation at Taylor's University from August 2012 to December 2015. Dr. Yeoh also held the position of Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader at Northumbria University from September 2005 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Corporate Governance and a Master’s in Global Financial Management, both obtained from Northumbria University.
