Fouad Roukoz currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Group Strategy & Transformation for Retail Bank at UOB since September 2017, after previously holding the position of Executive Director in the same area. Prior to UOB, Roukoz spent over five years at Kearney, progressing through roles from Associate Consultant to Principal. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at Courcelles. Academically, Roukoz holds a Master in Management with a focus on Strategy from ESCP Business School and degrees in Economics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
