Currently serving as Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SPH Media Holdings while also holding the position of Director at SPH Media Trust, Lay Lim Teo is dedicated to delivering trusted news and impactful content in Singapore and Asia. Additionally, Lay Lim Teo contributes as an Independent Director at UOB and serves on the board of Workforce Singapore as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Previous roles include significant positions at the Ministry of Education, Singapore Accountancy Commission, and the Future Economy Council. Lay Lim Teo boasts a robust background in consultancy, having held various senior roles at Accenture over more than three decades, where responsibilities spanned across sustainability, analytics, and regional management.
