Nishant Kumar

Nishant Kumar is an experienced leader in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) with a career spanning over 19 years in various technology roles. Currently serving as Vice President - Robotics Leader at United Overseas Bank Limited since June 2017, Nishant manages RPA frameworks, delivery management, and process automation across multiple APAC countries. Previously, Nishant held managerial positions at EY and Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where responsibilities included setting up RPA teams, leading large-scale automation projects, and providing consultancy on RPA initiatives. Nishant's technical expertise encompasses Blue Prism, process optimization, and automation solutions, alongside a strong focus on governance and performance management. Nishant holds an MBA in Information Technology from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
