Phoebe Seng

Phoebe Seng currently serves as a Senior Officer in Market Risk Management at UOB since June 2023. Prior to this role, Phoebe gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at NICE Ltd from May 2022 to June 2023, supporting employee engagement projects, drafting offer letters, and coordinating interviews. Phoebe also held several leadership positions within NUS Students' Arts and Social Sciences Club, notably as the Director of Business Development, generating significant revenue through successful projects. Early career positions include roles at KOI Café in service and marketing, and as a Teaching Assistant at both Maths Accelerator Centre and Anglican High School. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and has also studied at Concordia University.
