Shizheng Zhao

Shizheng Zhao is an accomplished analytics leader with extensive experience in data-driven applications and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics and Executive Director for Group Retail Banking at UOB since March 2022, Shizheng Zhao oversees teams of data professionals to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction through digital transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Regional Head of Data & AI at Ant Financial and Lead Data Scientist at M1 Limited, where leadership in data science and analytics was pivotal. Shizheng Zhao also held significant positions at Integral Solutions Asia, focusing on AI algorithms and software development, and served as a Research Associate at NTU, contributing to academic advancements in data analysis and computational intelligence. Shizheng Zhao earned a PhD in Computational Intelligence from NTU following a B.E degree from Harbin Engineering University in 2006.
