Syahiid Tan

Syahiid Tan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager in Structured Trade Commodity Finance at United Overseas Bank Limited since September 2014. Prior to this role, Syahiid worked at Stemcor Global Holdings Limited as a Physical Steel Trader from January 2011 to August 2014, specializing in regional trading of physical steel and raw materials in the Far East, handling various products across the steel value chain, and managing structured trade products and forex hedging. Syahiid began a career in business development as an intern at Extentia Information Technology in June 2009, focusing on the offshoring IT industry in Southeast Asia and developing marketing collateral for new product lines. Educationally, Syahiid holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance (International Trade) from Singapore Management University, completed in 2011.
