Stephanie M. then worked as an Intern in the Child Assault Unit at the San Francisco County Office of the District Attorney. Following that, they served as the Evictions Department Manager at the Law Office of Glenn H. Wechsler.

In 2012, Stephanie joined DEI Holdings, Inc. as a Corporate Counsel Legal Intern, gaining experience in corporate law. Currently, Stephanie serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at United Pacific, where they manage regulatory compliance and oversees the company's licenses and permits. Stephanie M. also represents the company in legal matters, including wage & hour issues and employment disputes. Additionally, Stephanie engages with elected officials and attends public hearings to address matters affecting the communities where United Pacific operates.

Stephanie M. Ferguson, Esq. began their education at the University of San Francisco in 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics. In 2009, they pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley and obtained a Paralegal Certification.
