Stephanie M. Ferguson, Esq. has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Stephanie M. began their career as a Hiring and Training Manager & Customer Service Representative at Best Buy, where they facilitated onboarding and training programs and assisted customers with their needs. Stephanie M. then worked as an Intern in the Child Assault Unit at the San Francisco County Office of the District Attorney. Following that, they served as the Evictions Department Manager at the Law Office of Glenn H. Wechsler.

In 2012, Stephanie joined DEI Holdings, Inc. as a Corporate Counsel Legal Intern, gaining experience in corporate law. Stephanie M. later worked as an Analyst at Consor, specializing in intellectual property valuation and conducting legal research. Stephanie also served as a USPTO Certified Law Student at the Trademark Clinic of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, providing legal assistance in trademark matters.

Stephanie's work experience includes a role as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Roger T. Benitez at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Stephanie M. researched and drafted bench memoranda and opinions for both criminal and civil cases.

From 2014 to 2016, Stephanie held two positions at United Pacific / My Goods Market. Stephanie M. first served as an In-house Counsel Law Clerk, working with various business units and providing legal research and support. Stephanie M. then became a Corporate Counsel Paralegal, where they drafted contracts, managed a contract database, and represented the company in Labor Board Hearings and City Council meetings.

In 2018, Stephanie joined CFCA - California Fuels & Convenience Alliance as a Board Member and Executive Committee Member. Stephanie M. actively participated in advocating for the interests of the industry and worked closely with lobbyists and the government relations team.

Currently, Stephanie serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at United Pacific, where they manage regulatory compliance and oversees the company's licenses and permits. Stephanie M. also represents the company in legal matters, including wage & hour issues and employment disputes. Additionally, Stephanie engages with elected officials and attends public hearings to address matters affecting the communities where United Pacific operates.

Stephanie M. Ferguson, Esq. began their education at the University of San Francisco in 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics. In 2009, they pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley and obtained a Paralegal Certification. Later, in 2011, Stephanie attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and successfully completed their Doctor of Law (JD) degree, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in the International and Comparative Law Study Abroad Program at Zhejiang University School of Law in Hangzhou, China.
