William Mullen (Bill)

William "Bill" Mullen has extensive experience in the convenience store industry. William "Bill" most recently served as the President of Retail for United Pacific since 2018. Prior to that, they were the President of Turkey Hill Minit Markets, where they managed various functional groups across multiple locations. William "Bill" also held the position of Vice President of Convenience, Small Format & Supermarket Petroleum Gas at Kroger, overseeing merchandising, marketing, and operations for the 8th largest convenience store chain in the US. Before joining Kroger, Mullen held senior leadership roles at Kwik Shop and Tom Thumb Convenience Stores. William "Bill" also had their own business, WJM Management LLC, where they managed multiple convenience stores. Mullen's experience spans from operational management to marketing and advertising strategy, making him a well-rounded professional in the convenience store industry.

Bill Mullen's education history includes attending the University of South Carolina, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. During their time there, they focused on majoring in Business Management with an Accounting Minor. Additionally, in 2009, they briefly attended Eckerd College, where they studied Executive Leadership. However, no degree was obtained during their time at Eckerd College.
