Jim Mikolaichik

Jim Mikolaichik is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and asset management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at United Parks & Resorts since November 2024, Jim previously held the CFO position at MyEyeDr. from December 2022 to November 2024. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and CFO at Diamond Resorts™ and Hilton Grand Vacations, as well as leadership positions at Manning & Napier, Old Mutual Asset Management, and Deloitte. Jim's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
