Kimberly Hall has extensive experience in revenue management and marketing within the amusement park industry, currently serving as Director of Revenue Management, Director of Consumer Insights, and Director of Consumer Marketing at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment since May 2015. Prior to this role, Kimberly was a Manager of Consumer Activation and Marketing Manager at SeaWorld Orlando from January 2007 to May 2015, where annual marketing and sales plans were developed, and sales, attendance, and revenue trends were analyzed for various parks, including Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Additionally, Kimberly held the position of Manager of Strategic Marketing for Busch Entertainment Corporation, overseeing marketing strategies for ten parks across the United States. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Central Florida between 1997 and 2000, following graduation from River Ridge High School in 1997.
