Michael Dreier is an experienced corporate director with a strong background in procurement and sourcing within the food and beverage sector. Currently leading the Direct & In-Direct procurement and sourcing departments at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Michael supports 12 theme parks across the United States. Previously, as owner of Michael Dreier's Procurement & Management Services LLC, consulting services were provided focusing on operations management and supply chain optimization. Michael's extensive career at Universal Orlando Resort included roles as Director of Sourcing and Food & Beverage Support Services, overseeing significant procurement operations, and managing large teams to achieve outstanding operational results. Earlier experiences include catering management for NASCAR and leadership roles at Rainforest Cafe, contributing to noteworthy openings and operations in various high-profile settings. Education includes studies in Business Administration and Political Science from The State University of New York and a certification from the Arbinger Institute.
