Matt Furby

Matt Furby has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both ministry and business. Currently serving as an Estimator at United Paving Co. since March 2019, Matt previously worked as a Sales Associate at Mathis Brothers Furniture. Matt's extensive ministry experience includes roles as Teaching Pastor and Men’s Pastor at The Grove Community Church from May 2010 to May 2018, where responsibilities included developing organizational vision and public speaking. Prior to that, Matt served as Jr. High Pastor at Bayside Church, starting as an intern and progressing to leadership roles, focusing on volunteer development and curriculum design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master of Arts in Specialized Ministry from Western Seminary.
