Laurel Eller is a Communications Specialist at United Power, Inc. since December 2004. Prior to this, Laurel served as a Military Photo Journalist - E4 at Army National Guard from April 1997 to March 2003. Laurel earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Technical Journalism & Public Relations from Colorado State University in 2002.

We are governed by a member-elected board of directors, who direct the operations of the cooperative, oversee needed rate changes, and help the staff and employees plan for the future of the company.
