Andre Bomar has extensive experience in sports management and photography. Since March 2017, Andre has served as the UPSL Georgia Division Operations Manager, promoting and managing the league for in-state teams and new regional clubs. Additionally, Andre has worked as a Conference Media Director at Images Frozen In Time Photography since April 2004, providing assistance to staff photographers and fulfilling 2nd shooter duties. Andre holds an Associate of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Atlanta, earned between 1983 and 1985.

United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) The (UPSL) United Premier Soccer League currently operates 200 plus Pro Development teams Nationally with 300 plus teams targeted for 2019 Spring campaign. With the addition of new clubs, the United Premier Soccer League is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the United States. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining UPSL minimum standards.
