Anibal Hernandez LAT, ATC began their work experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at the Raritan Bay Area YMCA in Perth Amboy, New Jersey from June 2013 to August 2016. There, they supervised young boys and organized daily camp activities.

In 2017, Hernandez worked as a Security Officer at U.S. Security Associates, Inc., where they observed and supervised vehicle check-in and check-out operations for over five months.

Starting in 2018, Hernandez held multiple positions simultaneously. Anibal became a Certified Athletic Trainer at Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools, an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Middlesex County College, and a Perth Amboy Public School District Athletic Trainer at Perth Amboy High School. These roles involved providing athletic training services and support to students and athletes.

In August 2021, Hernandez became the Head Athletic Trainer at Middlesex College, and in April 2023, they took on the same role with the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL).

Anibal Hernandez LAT, ATC pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Montclair State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to their university education, they attended Perth Amboy High School from 2010 to 2014, but did not receive any specific degree or focus of study during this time.

With the addition of new clubs, the United Premier Soccer League is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the United States.
