Izzy Evans is a dedicated soccer player currently competing in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) since January 2021, with aspirations to advance to the next level in the sport. United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) The (UPSL) United Premier Soccer League currently operates 200 plus Pro Development teams Nationally with 300 plus teams targeted for 2019 Spring campaign. With the addition of new clubs, the United Premier Soccer League is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the United States. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining UPSL minimum standards.
