Jose Lopez has extensive experience in soccer management, currently serving as the Head Coach of Santa Ana Winds FC since January 2014. In addition to this role, Jose Lopez has been the League Registrar for the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) since June 2013 and is the Founder and President of Oc Stars FC, a position held since January 2013. With the addition of new clubs, the United Premier Soccer League is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the United States. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining UPSL minimum standards.
