Joe Hovanec

Joe Hovanec is a Senior Investment Analyst at United Properties, having previously worked as an Investment Analyst and Loan Portfolio Analyst at NorthMarq Capital. Prior to this, Joe held the role of Honors Caddie at The Minikahda Club. Joe also gained experience as an Intern - Production Associate at NorthMarq Capital, where Joe inspected various types of properties and wrote detailed reports on their physical conditions. Joe attended Marquette University from 2012 to 2016.
