Aile Valdes

Aile Valdes has extensive experience in real estate and healthcare management. Currently serving as an MBA, licensed CAM, and Realtor at United Property Management since October 2020, Aile also operates as a Realtor/Property Manager and Sales Associate at Waterfront Keys Realty since July 2021. Previous roles include Patient Access Director at North Shore Medical Center from June 2015 to December 2019 and Business Office Manager at HCA Healthcare from 2011 to May 2015. Aile began a career in healthcare as Outpatient Registration at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach in 1994, progressing through various positions over the years. Aile holds a Master's degree in Administration and a Bachelor's degree from Barry University.
