In this role, Johanna provides essential support to ensure efficient operations and accurate financial management for assigned communities. Previously, Johanna held various management positions, including Store Manager at BoxLunch and Cotton On Group, where responsibilities included coaching and developing over 20 sales employees and leading a sales team to achieve significant revenue growth. Johanna earned an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Keiser University between 2014 and 2015.
