Teresa Bauer

Teresa Bauer is the current Director at United Quality Management Institute. Prior to their current position, Teresa served as the Director of Human Resources at Skyware Global from April 2012 to June 2016. In this role, Teresa was responsible for developing organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues and contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction. Teresa also managed human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; plan, monitor, appraise, and review staff job contributions; manage compensation process; resolve problems/grievances; champion change.

Prior to their role at Skyware Global, Teresa served as an HR Manager at Pergo from February 2011 to April 2012 where they provided expert advice and support in areas of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, training and development, and HRIS management.

Before their career in Human Resources, Teresa worked in Documentation Management at Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals from March 2010 to March 2011.

Teresa began their career as an HR Manager at MWV in September 1995 and remained in this role until July 2009.
