Kamal al-Dosouky

Kamal Al-Dosouky has over 26 years of experience in the field of information technology. Kamal is currently serving as the Group Information Technology Director at United Real Estate Company (URC) where they are responsible for defining and implementing the Digital Transformation Strategy and operations excellence. Previously, they held senior positions at Kuwait Finance House, stc, Batelco, NCR Corporation, and International Turnkey Systems - ITS, where they contributed to various areas such as IT strategy planning and demand, enterprise architecture, and directorship of information technology. Kamal has expertise in areas such as digital transformation, technology transformation, and investment planning. Kamal Al-Dosouky has a strong background in aligning IT strategies with business objectives and has successfully managed IT operations in global environments.

Kamal Al-Dosouky completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Suez Canal University from 1990 to 1995. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "Assessing Digital Maturity" and "Creative Thinking Strategies for Leaders" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Advanced Business Strategy", "Digital Competition in Financial Services", and "FinTech and the Transformation in Financial Services" from the University of Virginia and Copenhagen Business School in 2019. Kamal also has certifications in "Business Architecture" from Learning Tree International in 2018, "TOGAF9" from The Open Group in 2017, and "PRINCE2®" and "Certified Information Systems/Security Auditor (CISA)" from APMG International and ISACA in 2016 and 2014 respectively.
