Jovelyn Hawkins

Jovelyn Hawkins is a seasoned Licensed Realtor® with extensive experience in real estate, currently working with United Real Estate Premier since June 2019 and previously with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from February 2015 to June 2019. In these roles, Jovelyn has acted as an intermediary negotiator between buyers and sellers, preparing essential legal documents such as buyers representation agreements and purchase contracts. Before entering real estate, Jovelyn held various positions in healthcare and fashion, including Certified Nurse at Northern Va Training Center and Nurse Midwife at Mother of Perpetual Help Hospital, as well as modeling and designing custom clothing. Educational credentials include certifications in real estate law from the American School of Real Estate Express and degrees in nursing and fashion design from multiple institutions.
