Clement Awanfe Ngueto is an accomplished leader and advocate with extensive experience in peacebuilding, IT solutions, and community engagement. Currently serving as the CEO of Puller since November 2022, Clement has also been an ACWAY Peace Ambassador and a leader with the United Religions Initiative, fostering collaboration across diverse beliefs. As a leader within the International Cities of Peace, Clement promotes peace initiatives at the local level in Douala. Involvement with the Commonwealth Youth Human Rights & Democracy Network highlights a commitment to empowering youth in democratic processes. Clement founded Global Compassion, a nonprofit focused on improving local communities in Cameroon. Previous roles include guest speaker at EduWeek Africa and independent consultant for Top Tier Liaison & Conflict Resolution Services. Educational qualifications include an associate degree in Global Education and ongoing studies in conflict analysis and resolution at the United States Institute of Peace.

We implement our mission through local and global initiatives that build the capacity of our member groups and organizations to engage in community action such as conflict resolution and reconciliation, environmental sustainability, education, women’s and youth programs, and advocacy for human rights.
