Alison Walsh

Alison Walsh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal affairs. Since June 2014, Alison has held the position of Associate General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at United Rentals, after progressing through roles as Director and Manager in the Legal Affairs department. Prior to this, Alison worked as an Associate in Capital Markets and General Corporate at JONES DAY® from October 2012 to June 2014, following a Summer Associate position at the same firm in 2011. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst in Commercial Real Estate Finance at J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and a Doctor of Law from Cardozo School of Law.
