Cristina Madry

Cristina Madry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and employee relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Health, Safety & Employee Relations at United Rentals since March 2013, Cristina focuses on cultivating a premier safety culture through innovative training and risk reduction strategies. Previously, as Director of Legal Affairs at United Rentals, Cristina provided labor and employment counsel for the largest construction rental equipment provider globally. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Jackson Lewis P.C., specializing in labor and employment law, and working as an Equal Opportunity Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor, where Cristina addressed discrimination complaints and developed educational materials on civil rights. Cristina holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
