Jason Wagoner

Jason Wagoner has extensive experience in construction and real estate management, currently serving as a Real Estate Senior Manager at United Rentals since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing real estate functions and coordinating growth opportunities with various departments. Prior to this role, Jason was a Regional Design & Construction Manager at United Rentals, overseeing facility construction and maintenance projects. Previously, during a tenure at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from June 2007 to October 2018, Jason held the position of Sr. Construction Manager, managing substantial capital improvement projects across the U.S. Jason began their career as a Project Manager at Dienst Custom Homes, focusing on high-end luxury home construction in North Carolina. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology - Construction from Appalachian State University and an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Wilkes Community College.
