Jim Graham

Jim Graham is an experienced professional in operations and sales, currently serving as the Manager of Operations Excellence at United Rentals since September 2007. Throughout the tenure at United Rentals, Jim has held various roles including Branch Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Outside Sales Representative, and Safety Officer. Prior to this, Jim gained experience as an Outside and Inside Sales Representative at Rincon Parts and Service and as Branch Manager/Sales Manager at PTO Sales. Jim holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Training & Instructional Design from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
