Joe Pledger

Joe Pledger is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in operational finance and financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance at United Rentals since February 1998, Joe leads field and corporate FP&A teams and oversees credit and collections. Prior roles include VP of Operations Finance, where leadership of a team of 20 focused on financial analysis, budgeting, and operational improvement was emphasized, and Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, providing financial partnership to senior executives and driving strategies for profit enhancement. Earlier in their career, Joe worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG, managing audit services for diverse clients across various industries. Joe holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
