Matthew Cook

Matthew Cook has extensive experience in training and operations management within the equipment rental industry. Currently serving as Sr Manager of United Academy Operations at United Rentals since January 2002, Matthew oversees training operations across the United States and Canada. Previous roles at United Rentals include United Academy Training Manager and Trainer, where responsibilities included conducting certified evaluations and offering training in equipment operation and safety. Matthew’s background also includes positions as a Senior Sales Coordinator and Rental Coordinator at Hessel Tractor and Neff Rental, respectively. Earlier in Matthew's career, service in the United States Air Force provided foundational skills in communication and logistics. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
