Katie-Jayne Flynn

Katie-Jayne Flynn is an experienced project manager with a robust background in customer service and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at United Response since February 2021, Katie-Jayne has previously held project management roles at essensys and was Head of Project Management and Provisioning at Telecom Solutions International Ltd, where a progression from customer service advisor to management roles was achieved over five years. Initial experience as a Customer Service Specialist at River Island further contributed to strong customer relations skills. Katie-Jayne holds a degree in Beauty Therapy from East Surrey College, completed between 2005 and 2007.
