Michael Brent has extensive experience in safeguarding and quality governance within the healthcare sector. Since August 2017, Michael has served as the Head of Safeguarding Incidents and Complaints at United Response. Prior to this role, from May 2015 to August 2017, Michael held the position of Head of Governance and Quality at Swanton Care and Community. Between October 2012 and May 2015, Michael worked as a Clinical Quality and Audit Manager at Care UK. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Wales (1995-1998), a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff (1999-2000), and a Bachelor of Nursing in Mental Health Nursing from the University of South Wales (2003-2006).
