Nahed Bouteldja

Nahed Bouteldja has extensive work experience in the customer service and operations field. Nahed currently holds the position of Senior Director Sales Operations at United Road Services since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Contact Center Director at Dynamic BDC from 2018 to 2020.

From 2013 to 2018, Nahed worked at VW Credit, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Customer Remarketing, overseeing a team of 130+ customer service employees and managing the liquidation of the company's portfolio. Before that, they served as the CARE Resource Leader at Volkswagen Group of America from 2012 to 2013, where they managed recruitment, training, and quality performance for customer care centers.

Nahed also had previous experiences at Dell, starting as a Quality Assurance Analyst from 2009 to 2012, where they delivered quality evaluations and facilitated training modules. Nahed later held multiple roles as an Operation Support Manager, Audi Quality Assurance Leader, and Audi Customer Care Supervisor from 2003 to 2009, managing teams and leading the Audi product launch.

Nahed Bouteldja has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Sciences and Technology in Algiers, Algeria.
