Steven Tinto

Steven Tinto is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in workers' compensation management and claims administration. Currently serving as the Workers' Compensation Manager at United Road Services since April 2019, Tinto previously held the position of President at Outback Insurance Services from March 2010 to August 2022, where the focus was on commercial insurance and workers' compensation. Tinto also co-owned an independent insurance branch as Partner-Owner at United Agencies, overseeing all aspects of operations from March 2005 to July 2008. Earlier career experience includes serving as Claims Manager at Republic Indemnity for nearly two decades, managing the claims department and overseeing litigation and subrogation functions. Tinto holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Pierce College and has furthered education at California State University, Northridge.
