Brad Kleier

Brad Kleier is a Continuous Improvement Leader and Supplier Quality Engineer at United Rotorcraft since January 2021. Previously, Brad worked at GE Aviation from July 2018 to December 2020, holding various roles within the Operations Management Leadership Program, including Additive Manufacturing Lean Cell Leader and Quality Engineer. Brad's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Materials Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where attendance spanned from August 2013 to April 2018. Prior to that, Brad gained practical experience as a site manager, coach, and referee for i9 Sports and worked in landscaping during college, showcasing a strong work ethic. Earlier experience involved several co-op positions at GE Aviation and coaching roles at Turpin High School, demonstrating leadership and dedication in athletic and engineering environments.
