Javier M. Bolufe has worked in various roles since 2013. Javier M. began their career as a Promotional Manager at Twillingate International, where they managed a small team and led them to exceed monthly sales goals by 15-20%. In 2014, they moved to Quality Wholsesale, where they worked as an Assistant Manager/Inventory Control Specialist, providing and retaining a great level of customer relationship and assisting in all required administrative/clerical tasks. In 2015, they became the Director of Logistics/Sr. Business Analyst at BookXchange. Finally, in 2018, they joined United Routes LLC as the Chief Operating Officer, where they work with the rest of the C-Level Suite to implement developmental and operational strategies within the organization, establish policies that cultivate the company's vision and culture, and participate in and develop expansion activities as needed.
