Shailesh Vaidya

Shailesh Vaidya has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Shailesh most recently served as the Vice President of Purchase at United Rubber Industries (I) Pvt. Ltd. since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Purchase Manager at Paxchem Ltd. from April 2016 to April 2019. Shailesh also has experience as a Customer Care coordinator at Cabot India Ltd. from November 2005 to November 2015.

Shailesh Vaidya's education history begins in 1984, when they attended the University of Mumbai and earned a B.Sc degree in Chemistry in 1985. In 1995, they pursued a Diploma in Material Management at VSP Institute of Management, where they studied subjects such as Purchase, Inventory Controls, Vendor Management, and Value Engineering. In 2010, they enrolled at Welingkar Institute of Management and obtained a Diploma in Export and Import Management, focusing on Import/Export Procedure, Policies, Practice, and Documentation. Shailesh later pursued another Diploma in Export & Import Management at the same institute, with the field of study being Export & Import Management.
