Harsh Patel has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Production Engineer at Danke Power LTD, where they focused on ensuring compliance with production methods and quality standards to mitigate safety threats. Harsh also completed site safety documentation, developed coordination with workers, and provided assistance to site personnel. In 2019, they joined United Safety as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer, where they contributed to increasing operational efficiency by eliminating incidents/accidents and updating Standard Operating Procedures. Harsh also played a vital role in optimizing production efficiencies and deployed various testing equipment. Harsh later transitioned to the role of Safety Watch, where they identified safety hazards and environmental risks in compliance with established programs and plans. Harsh also assessed air quality and proposed recommendations for improvement.

Harsh Patel completed their Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University (GTU). Harsh attended GTU from 2012 until 2016.

Later on, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Technology degree in Petroleum Engineering, specializing in Applied Technology Petroleum Engineering, at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Harsh attended SAIT from 2018 until 2020.
