For the past 75 years, United Salad Co. has had a long history of delivering fresh, quality produce throughout the Pacific Northwest. In 1941, the Spada family knew that women would have to provide for their families while still having enough time to put dinner on the table. With $15, a flatbed truck, and a bathtub, they began washing and prepackaging salad to sell to the women in her area. By 1960 United Salad was recognized as a full-line wholesaler.
