United Schools Network
United Schools Network is a network of free, open enrollment, public charter schools located in Columbus, Ohio. Our focus on academic excellence, paired with intentional student support and interventions, regular homework, and advanced work, ensure that scholars of all levels are driven to grow and succeed. From their first steps into a USN school, students are exposed to colleges through themed homerooms and regular visits to local colleges and universities. All USN schools are non-profit and do more than close the achievement gap for low income and high need students. They open their minds to learning - with discipline and mutual respect - and give students the life skills to gain entrance, gain success and gain a degree from the most demanding high schools and colleges. All of the schools in United Schools Network are proudly authorized by the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation. USN will grow from a network of four schools serving over 850 students to a network serving more than 1,200 students by 2022.
