Kim Bays

Kim Bays has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as an IMD at Team National since July 2017. Previously, Kim held customer service representative positions at United Security Agency and Bridgeport EyeCare, as well as a commercial customer service representative role at Alessio Insurance from 2009 to 2010. Kim is a graduate of Grafton High School.
